Sharkware also allows you to view the activity views (daily, weekly, appointment, phone call, to do) of any other Sharkware user, to see what they have scheduled and generate activity reports by user to track what's been done and what's left to do. You can also schedule appointments, phone calls and to-do list items for other users and then set alarms or pop-up screens to give them a heads up.

Phone calls can easily be managed using Sharkware's auto-dialer, call timer and automatic call logging. Letters, envelopes and labels can all be originated from Sharkware using your choice of Windows processors plus DDE interface to Microsoft Word and WordPerfect.

You can also send faxes using WinFax and FaxWorks or e-mail messages with any MAPI-enable e-mail programs such as Microsoft Mail. Sharkware can also connect you directly to the Internet and help you stay in touch with customers and prospects through Internet e-mail. Create standard tables of information for consistent information and easy data entry. You can even use these fields to link one contact to another for easy cross-reference. Want to add an new icon to your Sharkware tool bar or change the order in which they are displayed? All this is possible with Sharkware's configurable menus and toolbar feature. You can even add items to launch other programs that you often use.

Sharkware 4.0 also lets you create your own customer profiles from scratch to meet your individual needs. You can also customize which of the activity, notes and profile folders are displayed and place them in whatever order you like.
