appointment, phone call, to do) of any other Sharkware user, to
see what they have scheduled and generate activity reports by
user to track what's been done and what's left to do. You can
also schedule appointments, phone calls and to-do list items for
other users and then set alarms or pop-up screens to give them
a heads up.

to greater success and Sharkware makes this easy. Phone calls
can easily be managed using Sharkware's auto-dialer, call timer
and automatic call logging. Letters, envelopes and labels can
all be originated from Sharkware using your choice of Windows
processors plus DDE interface to Microsoft Word and WordPerfect.
You can also send faxes using WinFax and FaxWorks or e-mail messages
with any MAPI-enable e-mail programs such as Microsoft Mail. Sharkware
can also connect you directly to the Internet and help you stay
in touch with customers and prospects through Internet e-mail.
Send a single message or merge an e-mail message to a whole group
